Soooo much potential for SGH! You've completely rebuilt it and turned it around - all someone needs to do is walk in ๐
Oh no! Say it isn't so. You will be sorely missed. What is it with landlords in this town? We had to spend the deposit we put away for a house to purchase a shop because every single place we looked at to rent was in such a state of disrepair that the landlords would expect you to renovate their property at your own expense all the while, asking ludicrous rents for the privilege of doing so. Some of the places we looked at had obviously been derelict for decades, so I don't see what their gain would be. Best of luck in the future, Kate. I truly hope you find somewhere (nearby, I hope).
